All parcels are packed in undyed, recyclable/biodegradable tissue paper with a 100% recycled and fully recyclable/compostable paper mailer along with a courier label that is made from recycled paper.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times or transit delays.

We ship all international orders with DHL GoGreen where we pay extra to fund global environmental projects to offset the carbon footprint of the shipping service.

All international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please note that our shipping costs do not account for any extra fees charged on arrival. These fees are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please let us know a street address where we can find you, as a signature is required upon delivery.

  • FULL PRICED ITEMS can be exchanged, refunded, or credited within 14 days of receipt by the client. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. All international orders are final sale unless organised prior.

  • PREORDERS please note that size exchanges for preorders are not guaranteed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to choose your items carefully. We can offer a store credit, style exchange, or discuss the possibility of a made-to-order option. We are happy to answer any questions you might have before ordering. Contact us here

  • DISCOUNTED no refunds are available for discounted items, unless faulty. We are happy to arrange an exchange or store credit.

  • FAULTY product will be assessed to be repaired, replaced, or alternatively an online store credit or refund issued.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and safe. We cannot refund any lost or stolen packages however a store credit can be arranged. 

  • All exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge.

Returns Process

(1) Email a return request to within 14 days of delivery date.

(2) Ship the return tracked with a carrier of your choice within 3 days of return authorisation. 

(3) After your goods that are in their original state have been received, we will send out your requested exchange with complimentary shipping or we will issue a refund or store credit. Returned parcels are processed within 1-5 days of receipt. Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment or a code will be emailed to you for your store credit.
