The Shall We Skirt is a new garment that combines drama and ease of wear in one. The skirt features an elasticated waistband and is cut on the bias to allow for a flexible and comfortable fit. Gather the side up or wear it down for more coverage. Pairs well with a jumper for the cooler months. The Proviscose is midweight and is a beautifully soft and fluid fabric to wear with good durability.
